What immediately stood out to us when we checked in to the Drury Inn is the friendly manor of every staff member. Everyone, from the front desk to cleaning staff wants to know how your day is going, what you have planned for the day and even if you need any recommendations about things to in Charlotte.
Breakfast and dinner included!?
Start your morning off right with a hearty and healthy breakfast, before heading out to explore Charlotte. When you come back for an afternoon nap, you will find fresh popcorn ready for snacking, along with the soda machine available.
What they call a 5:30 Kickback is free hot food and drinks every evening. Each night the menu varies, so you do not get bored of the same food no matter how many nights you stay. During our stay we enjoyed tacos one night and chicken and pasta the other. This just takes away one additional cost and stress during your stay.
Plenty of time for some rest and relaxation
Like many other hotels, the Drury Inn has a fitness center and business center with printing. However, they set themselves apart with heated indoor/outdoor pool that remains open year round. A warm pool to enjoy in the cooler months and space to tan in the sun in the summer. Make sure to pack your bathing suit for a relaxing dip in the evening.
